Inauguración del Club de Hipertensos

El pasado sábado 15 de julio, en la ESE Hospital Local Santa María Magdalena de Malambo, se llevó a cabo la inauguración del Club de Hipertensos, para lo cual se organizó una actividad con aeróbicos, estímulos de alimentación sana y consejos prácticos para mejorar la calidad de vida.

El Club de Hipertensos de la ESE Hospital Local de Malambo, busca promover estilos de vida saludable a la comunidad vinculada y a personas adultas en riesgo de padecer esta enfermedad.

El Club permite el intercambio de experiencias entre los integrantes, lo cual facilita la adopción de los cambios de conducta requeridos para el control de la hipertensión arterial pulmonar, con el fin de mejorar y mantener la salud y la calidad de vida de la población que padece esta enfermedad.
